Propane Delivery & Scheduling

When should I schedule a propane delivery?

Call-in customers should check their tank gauge regularly and call when the level reaches 30%.

What’s the difference between Call-In and Keep-Full service?

Call-In: You monitor your own tank and call when you need propane.

Keep-Full: We track your usage and schedule deliveries automatically. (Includes a $0.10/gallon discount if paid within 10 days.)

Can I request emergency propane delivery?

Yes, but emergency deliveries may result in additional fees and are subject to availability.

Why is it important to report accurate tank levels?

Incorrect readings can lead to routing issues and delays for other customers. False emergencies increase operational costs and can prevent us from helping those with real urgent needs.

Tank Access, Winter Prep & Safety

What should I do to prepare for winter propane deliveries?

Clear snow and ice from your tank and the delivery path. Remove vehicles, debris, or anything blocking access. If we can’t reach your tank, we can’t deliver.

Why can’t my propane be delivered if there’s snow in the way?

For safety and efficiency, our drivers need a clear, hazard-free route to your tank. Please prepare ahead of snowstorms.

What should I do if I smell propane?

If you smell gas, extinguish all flames and avoid using electronics. Leave the area immediately. If it’s safe, shut off the main gas supply valve by turning it clockwise. Once you're at a safe distance, call your propane supplier or 911. Do not return until a professional confirms it’s safe. Before using appliances again, have your propane system inspected for leaks. Propane has a strong odor—similar to garbage, sewage, or a skunk—added intentionally to help detect leaks.

How do I turn off the propane supply to my tank?

You can shut off the valve located on top of your tank. For detailed instructions, watch our safety video: How to Turn the Tank Off.
